Welcome to another season of Beach Racing in Gisborne. All Racing to be held at Makorori Beach. SH35

East Coast Challenge
Date to be set - East Coast Challenge Beach Racing
NZDBF Beach Racing Nationals
EDate to be set, New Zealand Dirt Bike Federation Beach Race Championship
Transponders will be required for all classes
Riders can race without them but no points
Races will be run one after the other so riders who want to double class will need enough fuel to do both races.
Entry is $20 on the day, and no license is required.,
All you need is a bike in sound condition, riding gear, $20 and your fuel Hot sausages for sale on the day
Beach Racing Straight Length
The distance is for one straight only. Please gear your bike accordingly.
Mini 50 air cooled, 50 meters
Mini 65/mini 50 water cooled, 75 meters
Junior combined/trails class, 150 meters
Woman's bike/atv combined class, 250 meters
ATV open, 350 meters
Senior 0 - 250, 400 meters
Senior open, 800 meters

Gisborne Motorcycle Sports Club runs many types of off road racing events. We hold regular MX - T.T - Beach Racing - Scooter Racing - 1 & 2 Hour Endurance Races and we are huge supporters of local trail fundraising rides and are proactive in promoting motorcycling through our local & regional schools competitions.
